These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Blefo (the “App”), operated by ORVAP CONSULTORIA LTDA (“Orvap”), registered under CNPJ 47.250.495/0001-70, with offices at Av. ACM, No. 119, Antônio Costa, Guaratinga/BA, CEP 45.840-000, Brazil. By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
Blefo is a social party game for groups sharing a single device. Each player receives a secret word — except the impostor, who must bluff to survive. Players give clues, discuss and vote to identify the impostor. The App supports 3 to 20 players, runs entirely offline, and is available in multiple languages.
2. Eligibility
The App is rated 12+. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
3. Free features and premium subscriptions
Blefo may be used free of charge with a limited set of categories and games. Premium features are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.Payment: charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Price, duration and any trial period are shown in the App before you confirm.Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.Managing and cancelling: at any time in your device settings, under your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.Free trials: where offered, any unused portion of a trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.Refunds: processed by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service. Orvap does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.Restoring purchases: if you reinstall the App or change devices, use “Restore purchases” with the same Apple ID.
4. Content you create
You may create custom categories and word lists. That content is stored only on your device and remains yours. You are solely responsible for what you type, and you agree not to create content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App; circumvent purchase or entitlement mechanisms; use the App for unlawful purposes; distribute malware through the App; or use the App in any way that interferes with its normal operation or with other users’ enjoyment.
6. Intellectual property
The App and all of its content, features and functionality — including source code, artwork, characters, logos, texts, word lists, translations, sounds and interface design — are the exclusive property of ORVAP CONSULTORIA LTDA and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. The name and logo Blefo are marks of Orvap. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without prior written authorisation. Orvap claims no rights in the general rules or conventions of the social-deduction game genre.
7. Availability and updates
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time to improve the App or comply with legal or platform requirements. We may also update the App, and some updates may be required for it to keep working properly.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORVAP CONSULTORIA LTDA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code or other mandatory law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 6, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.
11. Apple as a third-party beneficiary
These Terms are concluded between you and Orvap only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of Guaratinga, State of Bahia, Brazil, shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer’s right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own domicile.
13. Changes to these TermsWe may revise these Terms from time to time. The revision date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
