This Privacy Policy explains how ORVAP CONSULTORIA LTDA (“we”, “us”, “Orvap”), registered under CNPJ 47.250.495/0001-70, with offices at Av. ACM, No. 119, Antônio Costa, Guaratinga/BA, CEP 45.840-000, Brazil, handles information in connection with the mobile application Blefo (the “App”) and the website blefo.online (the “Site”).
The short version: Blefo runs entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that store your game data, we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell personal data to anyone. Player names, custom categories and settings never leave your phone.
1. Information processed
1.1 Data stored only on your device

Custom word categories you create
Game settings (number of impostors, discussion time, hints, language)
Local flags such as onboarding completion and games played
This information is written to your device’s local storage. It is not transmitted to us, is not backed up on our infrastructure, and is permanently erased when you delete the App.
1.3 App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, any identifier used for advertising measurement is requested only after you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, the App continues to work in full.
1.4 Device permissions
The App may ask for camera, microphone or photo library access for optional features. Permissions are requested only at the moment a feature needs them, are always optional, and any media created stays on your device unless you choose to share it yourself.
2. What we do not do
We do not require registration, e-mail address or phone number.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.We do not display third-party advertising inside the App.
We do not build advertising profiles about you.
We do not access your contacts, precise location or files.
3. Website and cookies
The Site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation and, where applicable, aggregate audience measurement. You may block or delete cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to the Site.
4. Legal bases and retention
Where the LGPD (Brazilian Law 13.709/2018) or the GDPR applies, we process data on the basis of performance of a contract (delivering subscription features), legitimate interest (measuring installs and improving the App) and consent (device permissions and tracking). Data stored on your device is retained until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data held by the providers listed above is retained under their own policies and for as long as necessary for tax, accounting and audit obligations.
5. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, information about data sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Because the App works locally, you can exercise deletion immediately by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it. For any other request, contact us at support@blefo.online; we reply within 15 days.
6. Children
Blefo is rated 12+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will address it promptly.
7. International transfers and security
The providers listed in section 1.2 may process data on servers outside Brazil, under contractual safeguards required by applicable law. All communication between the App and those providers uses encrypted connections (TLS).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the App or in the law. The revision date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be announced within the App.
